Team Tamie M Coaching is growing again, and we're currently hiring for the position of Enrollment Coach.  This is an inside sales representative position!

Are you interested in working closely with me as we help people across the globe transform their lives?  This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing personal development company with a proven process and unbeatable service.

Specifically, I am looking for an experienced, results-oriented, and ambitious sales team member that wants to earn a great income and be a part of the solution specific to helping others heal from codependency and narcissistic abuse.

·        Make a great income working 25 - 30 hours per week

·        Work from home or anywhere you have a reliable internet connection

·        Get 3 - 6 highly targeted, pre-qualified, inbound appointments EVERY DAY

·        You must be reasonably comfortable working with technology and familiar with Google applications for business.

·        You must be METHODICAL - if you don't like routine, and you don't like details, this is NOT the position for you. You will be doing the SAME THING every day.  Each call presents its own challenges, but you must be comfortable sticking to the ROUTINE, the SCRIPT, and the PROCESS.

·        You must be available for our weekly sales team meeting on Wednesday at 12:00 noon EST.

·        You must be available to work afternoons, in addition to most evenings (up to 8:00 pm EST), and Saturdays (11:00 am - 6:00 pm EST).

·        You must LOVE the enrollment process, discovering if the prospects you are speaking with are a good fit to work with us, and in general – holding space for, talking with, and helping people with a kind, patient, non-judgmental, and open heart. If this is not you, please don’t apply!

·        You must have tremendous INTEGRITY.  That means being able to say NO when someone is not a good fit for our program, even if this means you are missing out on a potential commission.  Doing the right thing for our prospects, our clients, and our business HAS TO come first and be MORE important to you than making a sale (and actually leads to *more sales* in the future, anyway!)

·        You must be PROACTIVE – The most successful salespeople create their own success.

·        You must be looking for a LONGTERM commitment, working with and for us. If you are trying to fill your time in between gigs, or while building your own business, please DO NOT apply!

·        This is a COMMISSION ONLY position. If the idea of a commission-based position is uncomfortable for you, please DO NOT apply.
